Jaw crusher

Cone Crusher
Adopting the principle of “extrusion + shear”, the eccentric sleeve drives the main shaft and the moving cone to do the rotary oscillation motion to crush and shear the materials. Due to the continuous swinging motion of the cone, the material is continuously squeezed and sheared in the crushing chamber, realizing multiple crushing.
Impact Crusher
Adopting the principle of “impact”, it utilizes the plate hammers on the high-speed rotor to impact the materials, which collide with the impact plate and are rebounded back to the rotor area, where they are impacted by the plate hammers again. This repeated impact and collision makes the material continuously broken.
Jaw Crusher: It is suitable for coarse and medium crushing of all kinds of ores and rocks with compressive strength not more than 320MPa, such as granite, basalt, limestone, etc.
Cone Crusher: Suitable for medium and fine crushing of various ores and rocks with medium hardness or above, such as iron ore, copper ore, quartz stone, etc.
Impact Crusher: It is suitable for coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing of brittle materials below medium hardness, such as limestone, coal gangue, gypsum and so on.
